All of our building are secure as all exterior building doors are always locked. They have off-street parking with most having one reserved space (Gravois on the Green is off street parking but
not reserved).

- This building is just north of the Schnuck's on Gravois at Hampton in
south St. Louis City. For senior citizens only, it contains one bedroom
units. Schnuck's, Walgreen's, CVS, two banks, the bus loop, McDonald's,
and Steak N' Shake are all located nearby.
Morganford on the Green
- This apartment home community is around the corner from
Germania on the Green, giving it the same accessibility to many desirable places.
Numerous restaurants and stores are just a few minutes away in the pleasant
area surrounding Morganford. It, too, is located near Christy, Wilmore,
Carondelet parks, and River Des Peres Greenway
Trails.
Oleatha on the Green
